AI Audit
The One-Hour AI Audit — $1,000
For owner-run businesses — clinics and practices first.
Mill JG · $1,000 · One call, one written blueprint
What it is
A one-hour working session with Sean Friedlund, followed by a written AI blueprint for your business. We look at how your business actually runs day to day, find the tasks that eat staff hours, and tell you plainly which ones AI or automation can take over, which ones it can't yet, and in what order to try.
You leave with a document you can act on yourself, hand to your IT person, or use to vet any vendor who calls you.
Who it's for
Owner-run businesses — clinics and practices first. Independent clinics and medical practices with 3 to 30 staff. Primary care, dental, chiropractic, physical therapy, mental health, specialty practices, urgent care. Owner-operated or run by a practice manager.
It fits best if you:
- Have front-desk or back-office staff who spend part of every day on repeated manual work.
- Have heard "you should use AI" but don't know where it would actually help.
- Want a straight answer before spending money on software.
What you get
A written AI blueprint, delivered within 3 business days of the call. It includes:
- A plain map of how work moves through your practice today.
- The 5 to 8 biggest time-sinks we found, with estimated hours per week.
- For each one: what AI or automation could take it over, what kind of tool fits, how hard it is to set up, and the risks, including whether it needs a HIPAA Business Associate Agreement.
- A ranked list: do first, do next, don't bother.
- A 90-day sequence you can follow.
How it runs
- You book a time and pay the $1,000 invoice.
- You fill out a short intake form (about 10 minutes).
- We meet for 60 minutes by video. We walk through your systems, your staff's daily routines, and where information gets chased.
- Within 3 business days you receive the written blueprint as a shared document.
- If you have questions after reading it, send them. One round of written follow-up is included.
What it is not
- Not a sales pitch. The audit is the product. It stands alone.
- Not a contract. No implementation agreement, no retainer, no ongoing fee.
- Not a vendor demo. We don't resell software and we don't push one tool.
- Not a compliance review. We flag HIPAA considerations for each recommendation, but this is not a legal or security audit.
If you want help carrying out the blueprint afterward, that's a separate conversation and only if you ask.
Price
$1,000, paid before the call. One invoice, no add-ons.
FAQ
Do I need to prepare anything?
Only the intake form. It takes about 10 minutes. Having your practice manager or lead front-desk person on the call helps, since they know where the daily friction is.
Will you need access to our systems or patient data?
No. We never ask for patient-identifiable information, logins, or system access. We talk about how work flows, not about specific patients.
What if the answer is "AI won't help us much"?
Then the blueprint will say so, and tell you what would help instead. You paid for a straight answer, not a hopeful one.
Who is on the call?
Sean Friedlund, directly. Sean runs Mill JG and builds AI-driven operations tools, including Revaros, a platform for clinics. The audit is tool-neutral.
What happens after the blueprint?
That's up to you. Most practices start with the "do first" item on their own. If you'd rather have help, you can ask about an implementation engagement or check availability for Revaros. Neither is required.
