Trophy shipments · overseas

Your hunt is over. Your trophies are still out there.

You’re home again. Your crates are at a taxidermist or a dip-and-pack facility an ocean away, and the questions are piling up: permits, crating, freight, brokers, customs.

Most of them you didn’t know to ask. You don’t have to.

Shipment file · opened

We start where your trophies are.

We work with your outfitter and the dip-and-pack or taxidermy facility so every trophy is prepared, documented and crated.

Export permits and CITES documents, on the export side and the U.S. import side, are handled wherever your species needs them. Every question you had becomes a line in one file, handled.

In transit · watched

Then they cross the world.

Air freight out of Johannesburg, or ocean freight from Durban or Cape Town. We book it and we watch it.

You hear where your crates are before you have to ask.

Port of entry · cleared

Cleared, with nothing left to chance.

U.S. Fish & Wildlife declarations, customs brokerage and inspection at the port of entry. You deal with one point of contact; we deal with the shipper, the broker and the paperwork.

We’ve brought home 1,000+ trophy shipments this way.

This process was so seamless. It allowed me not to worry about all the things that I didn't know, because you guys kept us informed the entire way and took care of all the questions that were over our heads.
— Will S., trophy hunter
They dealt with the shipper, the broker and the customs paperwork, and told me what was happening before I had to ask. The crates showed up the way they left.

Delivered · confirmed

Home, the way they left.

We arrange the last mile to your door or to your taxidermist, and we confirm your trophies arrived safely.

Then the only thing left for you is telling the story.
