We build the platform with you and keep it running with you, so there’s a limit to how many businesses we take on at once. The first step is finding out whether there’s room for yours, and whether we’re the right people for it. If we are, we’ll say what we’d look at first. If we aren’t, we’ll say that too.

We schedule the AI audit and tell you plainly what happens after it: what we’d build first, and what we’d leave alone.
It fits, but not right now.
Maybe the timing is wrong for you, maybe for us. No pressure, and no follow-up spam.
It isn’t a fit.
We say so, give you the useful parts of what we found, and stop there.

For you if

- The phone, the calendar, the billing and the paperwork all run through you or a few people.
- You want the routine handled, not a bigger team to manage.
- You’ll tell us how the week really goes, including the parts held together with sticky notes.
Clinics and practices, co-ops, trades and service businesses are where we usually start.
Not for you if
- You want a chatbot bolted onto the website with nobody reading what it says.
- You need a result by next week. We’d rather do it right than do it by Friday.
- You’re hoping to replace the people who know your customers. We take the routine off their plate, not their place.
Either way, you get a straight answer. We’re not trying to sign everyone.
Why there’s a limit
Availability is real, not manufactured.
We build each platform with the owner and keep running it with them after it goes live. That takes real hours from real people, so there’s a cap on how many businesses we take on at once.
When we’re full, we say so and offer you the next opening. No countdown timer, no “only two spots left,” no waitlist trick.
